Approach:
Our coaching sessions help you develop a deeper understanding of your thought patterns, behaviors, and the ways ADHD may be impacting your life. Together, we identify limiting patterns and create a personalized, science-informed plan tailored to your strengths, lifestyle, and goals.
Consulting vs. Coaching:
Consultation focuses on providing expert information and answering your questions.
Coaching is a process of building awareness, not fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s a collaborative, goal-oriented approach focused on understanding your strengths, recognizing behavioral patterns, and developing sustainable habits that support meaningful personal and professional goals.
In short, consultation provides clear guidance, immediate answers, and practical tools, while coaching focuses on exploration, building awareness and creating lasting, sustainable change.
Approach:
These consultation sessions provide a supportive space to talk about yourself or your child, explore your questions, and better understand ADHD and its impact on daily life.
During the session, I will:
Listen carefully to your experiences and concerns
Provide clear, science-based information about ADHD
Recommend practical strategies and helpful resources
Help you make informed decisions about next steps, including specialist care or support options

60-minute online consultation
Focus on your or your child’s specific needs
