Overview

All purchases made through DrAsmaSalek.com are for digital educational workshops and services. Because our offerings are non-tangible and immediately accessible, our refund policy differs from physical product returns.

Workshop Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your registration before the workshop start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus the payment processing fee (approximately 3% of the total purchase amount).

To request a cancellation, you must email asma@drasmasalek.com before the workshop start date with your full name, email address used for purchase, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

No refunds will be issued once the workshop has begun, regardless of attendance or participation. This includes participants who miss one or more sessions after the course has started.

Workshop Cancellation by Dr. Asma Salek

In the unlikely event that Dr. Asma Salek cancels a workshop, all registered participants will receive a full refund including payment processing fees within 5 to 10 business days.

If a single session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost to participants.

No Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend sessions without prior cancellation before the workshop start date.

Recording Policy

Recording, capturing, or reproducing any part of our workshops in any form — including audio, video, screenshots, or written transcription — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Dr. Asma Salek. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may be subject to legal action.
