Workshop & Course Terms

By purchasing a workshop or course through this website, you agree to the following:

Access and Participation Your registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, Zoom link, or access information with any other person. Each participant must purchase their own registration.

Educational Purpose All workshops and courses are designed for educational and informational purposes only. Content provided by Dr. Asma Salek does not constitute medical advice, psychological treatment, psychiatric therapy, or clinical intervention of any kind. Nothing in any workshop should be used as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For any medical or mental health decisions regarding yourself or your child, please consult a licensed medical or mental health professional.

Personal Responsibility By enrolling in any workshop or course, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you choose to apply or not apply the information provided. Dr. Asma Salek and Neurovia LLC are not responsible for any outcomes — positive or negative — resulting from your use or non-use of workshop content.

Recording Prohibition Recording, capturing, or reproducing any part of any workshop or course in any form — including audio recording, video recording, screenshots, or written transcription — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Dr. Asma Salek. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may be subject to legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Zoom and Technology Workshops are conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and compatible device. Technical difficulties on your end do not qualify for a refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Workshop Start Date If you wish to cancel your registration before the workshop start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus the payment processing fee (approximately 3% of the total purchase amount). To request a cancellation, you must email asma@drasmasalek.com before the workshop start date with your full name, email address used for purchase, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

No Refunds After Workshop Begins All sales are final once the workshop has begun. No refunds will be issued after the workshop start date regardless of attendance or participation. This includes participants who miss one or more sessions after the course has started. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

No Show Policy No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend sessions without prior cancellation before the workshop start date.

Workshop Cancellation by Dr. Asma Salek In the unlikely event that Dr. Asma Salek cancels a workshop, all registered participants will receive a full refund including payment processing fees within 5 to 10 business days. If a single session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost to participants.

Acknowledgment By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund and cancellation policy in its entirety. Your payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Code of Conduct

By participating in any workshop or course, you agree to:

• Treat all participants and Dr. Asma Salek with respect

• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal sharing within group sessions

• Not record, share, or distribute any session content

• Not use workshop sessions for solicitation or promotional purposes

Dr. Asma Salek reserves the right to remove any participant from a workshop without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these terms.

Confidentiality of Group Participants

Group workshop sessions may involve personal sharing by participants. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal information shared by other participants during sessions. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Asma Salek and Neurovia LLC make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the workshop content, its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Asma Salek and Neurovia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any workshop or use of this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Hyperlinking

Government agencies, search engines, and news organizations may link to this website without prior approval. All other link requests must be submitted to asma@drasmasalek.com for review.
